Accounts/Office Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Office Administrator to work as part of a small team within a busy office environment.

Responsibilities will include: general admin, dealing with customers both face to face and by telephone, sales and purchase ledger, cash handling & banking, bank reconciliation, production and submission of VAT returns, collation of monthly payroll info, managing workload/scheduling for the engineers, collection of timesheets from engineers for invoicing purposes, registering work with Gas Safe, registering product guarantees, processing of paperwork relating to Solar PV installations, processing of customer finance applications.

Experience of Sage accounting software and Microsoft Office applications are preferred.
