Whether you are experienced or a novice golfer we will be delighted to welcome you to Settle & Giggleswick Golf Club.
With natural character in abundance including elevated tees, dry-stone walls, water features, crag faces, undulating fairways and natural contours, Settle & Giggleswick Golf Course is absolutely unique.
Located in an area of outstanding beauty in the stunning Yorkshire Dales we are sure your visit will be both memorable and highly enjoyable.
The superb opening par 3 hole, which also serves as the 10th from a lower tee-bed, provides a wonderful start to any round. This is followed by four more gentle holes in the bottom of the valley where babbling brooks cross the fairways. The final more rugged and rustic holes, on slightly higher ground, provide a marked change in terrain and bring more challenges with spectacular views and definitely add more adventure to your round.
Alternate tees on some holes are used to create a varied experience between the first and second nine holes.
Traditional and well established Settle and Giggleswick Golf Club was founded on the 16th October 1895.
The opening was marked with a match between a Doctor Thomson and Tom Vardon. Tom was the brother of six times Open Champion Harry Vardon who popularised the overlapping grip known as the Vardon Grip.
