The I Centre is now taking applications from tenants wishing to rent space or land at the centre. Opening in January 2013 as a multi-use business, health and well-being centre.
The former Middle School site, close to the A65 in Ingleton, is being split into flexible units and let at affordable rents to businesses, charities and community groups.
The I Centre is run by the Ingleton Middle CIC, a not for profit organisation, dedicated to providing premises through which organisations can deliver benefit to the community.
Businesses can let units at reasonable rents with flexible lease agreements. Business start-ups, charities and those who can demonstrate community benefit will pay subsidised rents.
