Catrigg Foss
Catrigg Foss is like somewhere straight out of a fairy tale. Tucked away in beautiful woodland above Stainforth village, the waterfall flows through the limestone into a stunning pool (which provides a fabulous wild swimming location).
There is a well marked path to the waterfall (not accessible) - and it is most easily walked to from Stainforth village (although it can also be accessed from above via the Langcliffe to Malham road).
Catrigg forms part of Stainforth Beck, which joins the River Ribble near Stainforth Foss.
