Settle – The Sustainable Town

This was funded by a LEAF Fund grant from the Energy Saving Trust and is one of several differing pieces of work that have been undertaken.
At 62 pages its quite comprehensive, so you may want to read it on screen rather than print it out! There will be a presentation of some of the key findings taking place in June (details in next Newsletter ).
Now we have this document we can use it as the basis to raising community finance and business equity ( not everything has to be a grant!) to undertake some other sustainable projects that we’d like to see happening in Settle.
If you’d like anymore details, or would like to be more involved as a volunteer, please email Ann Harding  ann.harding3@btinternet.com who will be leading and managing the projects with CO2Sense.
