JD Haspel partner with YDMT
JD Haspel has partnered with Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust to help plant more trees in the Yorkshire Dales.
The London-based financial services executive search firm has committed £5,000 to the Yorkshire-based charity to support the planting of 500 trees across the national park.
JD Haspel made the donation after celebrating the end of their Green Month where the team raised money for several charities supporting sustainability and human rights.

Martha Montagne from JD Haspel said: “Whilst looking for an organisation to help us with our goal of planting some new trees in 2021, we were thrilled to discover Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust and their projects to create new woodlands across the Yorkshire Dales.
“As it becomes ever more obvious that we must all act before it’s too late, the 500 trees that YDMT will help us plant this year mark the first step that JD Haspel will be taking in the right direction towards tackling climate change.”
Planting trees to reduce the effects of climate change has never been more important. YDMT is supporting the planting of 28,000 new trees and around 2.5 km of hedgerow this winter.
YDMT Development Officer Sarah Hodgson said: “It is great to partner with an organisation that is environmentally aware and wants to make a difference.
“JD Haspel’s vital support will help us ensure that we can help plant woodland in the Dales that not only counteracts the effects of climate change but also provides habitat for wildlife and breathing spaces for all.”
