H21 Limestone View Settle Newsletter Number 8, October 2014
Work has been progressing well at Limestone View and the final interiors are almost complete.
We are planning an Open Day on Friday, 24 October 2014 and would like to invite you to visit Limestone View. The invitation for the General Public is from 2pm until 7pm. Please pop in for a tour of the building and find out more about what is on offer at Limestone View.
In addition to the above, we will be opening our doors for Professionals (those working in health and social care for example) from 11am until 2pm on the same day.
We are in the process of finalising applications for the apartments, both rented and shared ownership. There are still some apartments available for people who might be interested in renting or purchasing on a shared ownership basis and we will maintain a waiting list for both rental and shared ownership properties for future applicants. If you are interested in living at Limestone View please contact us – details listed below.
All the apartments offer independent living and have level access, security and privacy. Housing & Care 21 staff will be present on the scheme 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so that planned care and support can be provided where necessary as well as access to background support and emergency support.

Visitors will be welcome to use the restaurant and other facilities on the scheme, especially the public library which will be relocating here with a part time registrar’s service available.
