Service Team Leader £18k per annum 35 hours
Your role; to organise, supervise and coordinate the delivery of home care and support services to customers living in their own homes or within the extra care scheme setting, ensuring the highest quality service, responsive to individual need, compliant with essential standards of quality and safety.
You can offer; experience of providing a professional, high quality housing and/ or care service to older and/ or vulnerable people including experience of supervising and managing a small team, You will have a thorough understanding of Care Standards and subsequent regulations for Domiciliary Care Agencies and ensure that the development operates within those standards and guidelines.
Home Care Assistant / Support Workers £7.25 / hour
contracted hours / zero hour contracts available, enhancements for weekend / night work / NVQ qualifications
Your role; to encourage, enable and support the customer to maintain their independence through the provision of personal care and housing support.
You can offer; experience paid or unpaid, supporting people with complex care needs, Dementia or Alzheimer’s, a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure high quality service and care, a commitment to person centred approaches and promoting choice and independence and flexibility to work to a flexible monthly rota including days, nights and alternative weekends
