Pioneer Projects:
http://www.pioneerprojects.org.uk/
I called in at St John’s church Hall this morning and was really
impressed with the work of Pioneer Projects. They have space for more
people – new members welcome.
If you know someone who would welcome attending sessions 10am-3pm
specially designed for people with memory loss or dementia, please
tell them about it. You might know a carer, or have a neighbour or a
friend who has a relative with dementia.
They have brilliant art activities in the morning and a very
popular and successful music and movement session in the afternoon.
Home cooked food is served at lunchtime.
People do have to pay – but it it is worth it for the activities and
enjoyment involved.
A lady from “Continued Care” is here all day in case people have
personal needs.

I might send another events email out very shortly – so if You want
me to add anything let me know.
