Lay of the Land Garden Care and Design
We are seeking an experienced and passionate gardener to join our team, initially on a seasonal basis, but with the potential, for the right candidate, to become a full time position.
Lay of the Land Garden Care and Design handle all types of gardening work, from regular lawn cutting and border care, all the way through to design and build of new gardens or re-modelling of existing ones.
The person we are looking for will be primarily a front line gardener and a “plants person”, i.e someone with a decent knowledge of a wide range of garden plants and a real interest in horticulture. Applicants will ideally have a clean driving licence, be able to work as part of a team, possibly in a supervisory capacity, but also work on their own initiative.
Good communication skills and a pleasant manner will be essentials, as will integrity, honesty, and a hard working nature.
