Training / experimenting with open water swimming skills. As
long as you can swim just a few lengths (any style) you will cope.
Andy wrote: – 2 x 6 week blocks to take us to Xmas and the swims will
continue in 2016 as well
£40.00 for a block of 6 swims and you can use those swims whenever you
like – there is no expiry (Though I think you might be a ble to pay
one sessions at a time if you ask him)

at Skipton Library 10-12. October marks World Mental Health Day and
the Craven Mental Health Forum are working in partnership with
Dyneley House Surgery and Fisher Medical Centre to raise awareness of
services available in Craven that offer support towards emotional
health and wellbeing.
Stalls, coffee, tea, cake and a raffle. Money raised will go to the
