The WRAP in Craven Programme…

We Believe in Mental Health Recovery!

“Following on from the programme successes of last year we are pleased to be offering two new workshops in Settle and Skipton in early April 2018”

says Andy Sumner from Evoke Recovery Network

What Is Wrap?

WRAP stands for Wellness Recovery Action Plan and is a structured group program where you develop an effective personal plan to help you recover and maintain your physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing.

“WRAP recognises, validates and accepts us as unique individuals that have the potential to discover ways to get back to feeling and staying at our best and able to manage challenges such as long term health conditions, low mood,  isolation, stress and anxiety”

How Is This Achieved?

Step by step in the safe group environment of a WRAP Workshop participants learn to create wellness tools, identify triggers and plan to avoid crises whilst developing a strong network of supporters around them

“The groups are a fantastic arena where confidence and frienships are built. We allare given the opportunity to get hands on with the materials, activities and discussions as part of realising and sharing our strengths.”
